Called Monday, no appointments available, ring tomorrow 8am....Tuesday ... 320 redails later finally get through to be told no appointments available - again !! Had to book time off work on the off chance I could get in ?? What is wrong with this GP surgery ?!?!
Courteous and helpful when I went in and were able to get me an appointment when I needed it. No grumbles here

The most ridiculous of appointment systems thats if you can get through. The practice manager is both overbearing and rude. Constantly blames the NHS for the current situation and shortage of GPs. The practice is not prepared to pay for a locum to bridge the gap as they charge up 1100 per day. Well someone must be paying it for them to be able to ask for this figure perhaps they have shot themselves in the foot.
